Return & Exchange Policy

At For The Baby, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, you may request an exchange according to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product has original packaging, tags, and accessories, if applicable.
  • The exchange request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchange requests for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.
  • Items damaged due to customer handling.
  • Sale or discounted items, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • Personal care or hygiene-related baby items, if opened or used.

Return Policy

For The Baby currently offers exchange only. Refunds are not offered unless the product is unavailable for replacement or the issue is confirmed from our side.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please share your order number, product name, clear pictures or video of the issue, and your contact details.

Exchange Shipping Charges

If the mistake is from our side, such as wrong or damaged product, we will guide you regarding the exchange process. If the customer wants to exchange due to size, color, or personal preference, delivery or shipping charges may apply.

Please check your parcel at the time of delivery. For any issue, contact our support team as soon as possible.
